Flamingo Car Care Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand which items are eligible for a return.
Eligible for Refund (Seal Intact)
You may return items that are sealed and in the same condition as delivered. This applies to products like oil additives, coolants, and other items that arrive with a factory-sealed cap or foil.
For a refund to be processed, the product must be:
* Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
* In the same condition it was in when you received it.
* Returned within **7**days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Not Eligible for Refund (No Seal)
Due to the nature of certain products, items that do not come with a manufacturer's seal are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Polishes
* Waxes
* Sprays (such as engine degreasers, brake cleaners, and interior detailers)
* Microfiber towels or other detailing accessories
These items cannot be returned as we cannot verify if they have been used or tampered with after they leave our facility.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at 03494384160. You will need to provide your order number and photos of the sealed item you wish to return.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or an error was made on our part.
