At FlamingoCar, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably anywhere in Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across all major cities and towns in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation (for Cash on Delivery).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days for major cities.

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days depending on courier availability.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 250 per order.

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 250.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most locations in Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct for smooth delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment via our courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • FlamingoCar is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof.

  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
